i've read in various places that a sc is more reliable then a turbo, and somehow that idea got stuck in my head...

You've been lied to. I've seen more jrsc's coming in for warranty repair than I've seen drag kits come back for anything. Well.... Except when the owner buys his boost controller.

Go for the turbo...go to the FI from at ClubSi and see how many people are running 15sec 1/4 w/ the vortech.
