As for that noise, if you hear it with the power on but engine off as well as with the engine running it could be the ABS pump building pressure... hard to say without hearing the noise.

its not a stupid question.....yeah I already checked the fuses and they are all good......and hmm abs pump...ill have to check that out...thanks
