Okay before I get ribbed please now that I am a novice at this. I am a 28 yr. old girl who is doing this on her own. I absolutely love the Honda Del Sol and have owned mine for about a year and a half. I bought it from a friend of mine that purchased it in 1993 and was the only owner. I have been facinated by them ever since and swore to her that I would be the next owner. Since I purchased it I have been modifying it here and there and am really happy with it until I goofed. Last December I purchased new rims and tires for it. I did my research and saw what people had to say about the 17in and 18in rims. Well of course bigger isn't always better and I went with the 18in. Looks great but you guessed it. I have a problem. The car is fine with me in it. But when anyone else is in the car with me the tires rub. So I need advice. I was told by my mechanic I can by springs for it to raise it. But everytime I google or research it of course they are lowering springs. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do or buy? Aside from the obvious of replacing what I have. They look damn good. Please someone who knows what they are talking about, what kind of springs can I get to raise it some. I don't want a one seater car. Please help me!
