I took a 2.5" peice of pipe and cut a "V" section out of it and smushed it together in a vice to make a 2.5" to 3" cone ten welded on some 3" pie peices to clear the radiator shroud. I want to run a 12 for now. That's all I care about and it's going to be pretty easy to run in my gutted hatch on 12psi and BFG radials. I'm a pretty competent driver. I managed a 14.6 out of the stock B16 gutted hatch and I nail .5xx R/T's every time I run.

Right now I'm running open downpipe because I need to redo the exhaust because I managed to clean that Gibson muffler out in about a week.
