Default intake mani swap ??

hey everyone...
im about to swap my y7 mani with a y8 mani...
i was wodnering if i could use my stock head gasket or do i have to buy one??

you can probably reuse the old one if its not damaged but just get a new one anyway, only a few dollars

i just bout a magazine that did that exact change.... you get 15 hp according to the mag... ill try to find out wich one...

and get a new gasket

If you buy a head gasket you will be quite unhappy. That gasket is an intake manifold gasket, and yes you should use a new one. They're cheap anyway.

glad somebody said somethin...

I'm gonna recommend the Mr. Gasket "intake manifold gasket" It's a really nice gasket! I'm very happy with mine because of the materials used and the way it conforms to the surface.
