Anyone with a laptop and $175 (if I remember correctly) can buy a one use license. You can register it as Crome Pro through the program itself. Go to the help menu, click register and you will be emailed a registry key by John Cui within a few hours/days.

Yeah. I guess i never thought about that. Here in Salt Lake Cortney Green is the popular tuner. He is a Authorized Neptune tuner. He has a street driven 10 sec eg hatch.
