Default Question about NOS

I was thinking about putting a Nitrous kit on my stock 98 civic. Which is better, wet or dry. And what shot nitrous would be good on a stock engine

If you want to make your civic faster theirs better things to buy rather than nitrous

yeah, but im guessing its a budget issue. compared to all other hp/tq increasing mods, this would be the cheapest.
