Ya, that's right, I just got back today and didn't even bother going the second day. It may as well be called RICER NATIONALS!

7 out of 10 cars had altezzas, sh|tty body kits, 10 ft F&F wings... dam it was aweful

I saw a few really nice cars: i.e. Skyline GTR (real), '02 CTR (real), GTO (real), nice ass corvette, a bunch of models (fake.. both of them :chuckles: )

I was just so sick of seeing these 16 year old kids driving ISs, GS 400s and all these $700/mo vehicles with every possible mod on them. F them and F the NOPI Nats! This was my 4th year and I don't think I'm going back....

Oh, and there were a lot of 92+ civics there (THIS IS MY ON TOPIC DISCLAIMER)

 

what color was the skyline? and what about the 02CTR was it the arospeed one?

 

Skyline was that off-white color.

I don't remember who's CTR it was. I saw it at a vendor booth, so it may have been theirs.

 

Yep, that is why I didn't go. I make a point to tell every ricer I see that he is rice. BTW westcoast, did you get my post about meeting up at the Montgomery 1320? I am down here in Ft. Rucker.

I didn't show because I still have an oil leak somewhere and cause of a few other reasons. I went with a friend that did though. He has an '02 Mustang GT with 19s and a Paxton SC on it... it's freaking nice!!!

This means you are getting mature I don't go to car shows anymore for that reason. Everyone can't be a leader - everyone has to be a follower and do the same thing everyone else does.

 

You are sick. The amount of vendors, the amount of highly modified, JDM, import celebrities(Jojo Callos, Steph Papadakis, Chris Rado, LJ Garcia) was tremendously high. YOU ARE STUPID if you called this year worse than last year. Yeah they had a lot of ricers, but the amount of real cars out there compared to last year was amazing. I was able to really talk to representatives from DC Sports, Skunk2, and AEM. They were able to answer all my questions. Plus all the free giveaways. For an EAST COAST show, the NOPO NATIONALS was great. Plus all the afterevents and no cops really hastling us.
