pics of the brake/suspension install not 56k friendly
i finnaly got a scanner so here are the pics from long ago. my camera fuged up one roll of film so i only have 1/2 the pics and they have strange white lines in them. :dunno:
prop valve. for you Eg people this bolts right in. no need to bend lines. i don't think your cars came with 40/40 valve but check before you yank yours out, you may not need it. for us Ek people, your stock valve is the exact same as the Si valve. the only people who need to change the valve are those with 2000 models. this year they switched to a differant valve, you will need one from the earlier years. they bolt right on easy as pie.
warning, these do break. the one i picked off a del sol had failed and cause my brake to lock up randomly and all kind of strange brake problems to emerge.
if you are going to use the stock Si suspenion you will need to go to the honda dealer and get these longer bolts. if you want to do this you will need the Si LCAs the swaybar and endlinks and the Shock Forks as well. since the arms are wider you need the wider bolts. expect them to take a week to get them so order them before you take anything appart.
the SI stuff you need
drivers side without brake calipers. may as well get remanufactured calipers while you are at it. i had the one that i thought was good start dragging on me. rebuil ones cost ~$25 with your old ones as cores.
this side had a bad wheel bearing. i had to replace it. sorry the pic is so dark, you can see the si arm sitting in place. for some reason these seems to have slightly smaller balljoint holes than every other honda/acura car. that was a *****. to get the swaybar in i had to drop the exhaust and the shift linkage. so while you are doing this may as well get new exhaust and put in a short shifter while you are at it.
the stock integra brake lines are too long. you will have to either get the shock collars off a eg civic's or ingegra's shocks. if you use your stock lines you will need to turn them around backward so they will sit against the calipers correctly. if you use the stock lines you will not be able to use the stock line mount on the knuckles. you will have to zip tie them in place. this is a temp fix only. you can find the the shock collars almost anywhere for free or spare change.
random pic of the rear arms w/bushings
if your rear brake swap came off the da (90-93) integra you will need to swap those brackets on the lines out with your stock civic brackets to get he lines in place.
ok that's all for now. there are more detailed pics to come but i have to finish off the roll of film first
oops. sorry about the pic size people

Christ I am working on my rear disc swap to. Question, you got new Calipers right? Well the ones on mine are nasty and I am also going to get new ones. You said they were $25? Where at. I went to a place and I thought he said they were $74 with a $55 core charge. But I thought it would cost me a total of $129 and then get my $55 back. But could it have been $74 with core charge and then the $55 back and make it around $25?
Also how did you swap your ebrake cables to the new calipers. The part on mine where that "bolt" held on with cotter pin was is all froze up.

yea they ment it was $75 without a core and they give you a refund of 55 when you bring in the core. at lest that is how it should be. i'd just took a caliper in there up front and got nes ones for $25 when i did mine. i got mine at Advanced Auto Parts, not sure if those exist where you live. Autozone should cost around the same amount. now that is the cost for the front calipers. the rear ones cost about $90 each with a core, just hope your rears are ok. you don't reuse your ebrake cables from your drum brakes. you have to use the ones off your disc units. i hope i correctly understood your question about....
