lemme rephrase that, stop giving wrong advice.
why in the world would he get a CAI for a GSR Integra when the piping for that was bent for a Integra and not a civic?

I had to take the civic CAI off mine when I got the car--it didn't line up right with the manifold/throttle body...and it was wedged in there...like it didn't fit...I was just speaking from personal experience, the civic piece that was on mine didn't fit right...
I cut the end off and turned it into a short ram...

Still here... sorta...
The Civic CAI will fit, but it will rub on the passenger's side strut tower. The GSR CAI will also fit, but you won't likely have the mounting points that you would in the GSR.
Also, the bs about having to change out the distributor and this and that to make the motor OBD1 is just that bs. As long as you have an OBD2 wiring harness to connect everything from the motor to the cassis wiring then your OBD1 ECU will only make use of the connections/sensors that it needs. I had an OBD2 1997 B18C1 in my car and an OBD1 P72 ECU. You will have to run the various wires like VTEC, VTEC oil pressure, and knock sensor to the ECU too.
GL man.

I'm almost done with the swap (thank God). I reconnected the battery and my hand brake and seal belt light turns on, on my gauge cluster. I have a EX/Si cluster (with tach) instead of my CX stock cluster (w/out tach). I went to an electrical shop and they said that its the cluster. Can anyone confirm?

There should be a plug that connects under your driver seat for the seat belt. Did you take your seat out? If so make sure you plugged it back in. I'm pretty sure all models have that plug

The first one is with the battery disconnected and the second is with the battery connected. Keep in mind that my car is "off". The lights should only be coming on if I were turning the car on. Oh, and the e-brake off too.
