Look for a fuse marked "room" or "interior."

it will be your constant fuse im not sure which one that is called but your dome light should work eather. my sugestion is check every fuse by pulling them oout one by one to find it. it shouldn't take you more than a few mins. but im pretty sure you'll find it under the hood

yes that radio/cig lighter is the fuse that connects to the radio. replace that one. does your radio work? did you install another radio or just take that old one out?
guessing gets you no where......but do look at all your fuses...pull out each one and check it.
