you turbo guys trip me out too, all of these deals that you guys find. When I wanted to go turbo on my ls motor, I could never find these deals, so I went the more expensive route of all motor. Anyhow, I went around town trying to find a 2.5 inch gasket and flange setup to fit the header for my new 2.5 inch exhaust setup, and guess what, I couldnt find anything so what I think I am going to do is get another flat flange, mill it it out about .01 and put a piece of 2.5 inch pipe on the pipe expander and make a slip fit flange. I will have a peice of flex pipe behind the flange for the sake of not cracking my header and plan on a really long resonator to take some of the raspyness out of the exhaust note. I will be using an es oval probably or a tanabe hyper medalion. I will take pictures of the progress that I make over the next few days and put all of it in this thread, I think it will be fun and leave my pockets BROKE.

ok, a few installed pics and a short run of how i put it on...
i made a slip fit flange with a flat 2 bolt flange and put a flat gasket between the two, no leaking!!!! I think the slip fit on the header may be leaking a VERY small amount, I am going to check for carbon tracing around the joints in a few days to see whats what. Now to the pics, installed...
