Default help with cams

My son has a built b16 in his hatch and I want to upgrade his cams. For
the money, what cam set-up do you suggest and what springs/retainers
would you recommend? I'm looking to spend around $600.00 if possible.

Toda - to expensive
Skunk 2?
Crower?

Thanks,

all in all, I payed about $1000-$1100 for Buddy Club Spec iii+ cams, omni Ti retainers, flathead valves and omni springs. Leave out the valves, and you're looking at probably 8-9 bills.
