rotors needs changing??

Get your new rotors anodized to prevent rust formation in the cooling fins. You will never again have to worry about warped rotors. I did this about 8 months ago and all's well so far.

wow.....anodized rotors are free from warpage. lmao all rotors have run-out....aka warping. it just depends on how much the run-out is over spec. as little as .006 on some cars would create a pulsating pedal while braking. civicsiracer is correct.
and another wow......for the guy saying it will cost 70 plus per hour for turning rotors. double wow.
take your rotors off the vehicle......give them to csk/checker/autozone/sears/midas...blah blah and they will turn them plus check your minimum thickness and runout. shoudl cost around 10 bucks a rotor if not less.

this whole thread has so many bs comments that it shoudl be deleted.

I think your prices are full of bs. Anodizing works and is proven on my car. Unless you tried it??? I think you need to do some research and try it out.

well.. i'm going to pull them off tonight and bring it to kragens and then get them resurfaced if still ok to use. they'll do it for $10 each.

Anodized rotors doesn't prevent warping. That's the biggest bunch of bs I have ever heard.

Warping is caused by several things:
1) braking hard for long intervals (like riding your brakes) and then coming to a stop while your brakes are super hot and leave the pads on the rotors. This causes uneven cooling of your rotors.
2) braking for long intervals and then spraying the rotors with water
3) improperly bedded brake pads
4) an unbalanced wheel can indirectly affect the braking of your car since the wheel is out of balance the rotor will brake unevenly.

lmao.....hmmm....isnt that the same price that your calling me bullshit on? also.....ALL/EVERY SINGLE/ ROTOR HAS RUNOUT!!!!! .001 is runout....there is no such thing as a perfect rotor. granted you wont feel .oo1 runout but runout is still there. that isnt warped but it is a form of not being true. which is the same definition for warped...not being true. all rotors have signs (eventhiough small) of "warpage".
