Default Drag 3 or Greddy kit

for a 99 Si.
Which one would you chose? I know piecing one together maybe cheaper but im not too comfortable doing that and would rather have a complete kit with some instructions. this is gonna be my xmas present to myself and just need some input, positive or negative about these kits.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

i have the greddy kit on my 2000 si im pleased with it and get good power out of it it's also very reliable, but if you looking for max whp gain than you want the drag kit. but remember with the drag kit you will need bigger injectors and some type of engine management that doesn't come with the kit. on the greddy you will need to buy an intercooler and bov that doenst come with the kit. The greddy adds about 70-80 whp with the intercooler at 7.5 psi and the drag kit adds around 100.

i purchased the kit at raceinspired.com and it was 2301$ with shipping.
remember you will also need a greddy intercooler and a bov which is around 700 total. and you probably need a walbro 255 fuel pump if you plan on bumping the boost from the stock expected 6psi. you will also need a boost controller if you want to bump up the boost and its smart to get a turbo timer as well to prolong the life of the turbo. once you get it i would not go over 8psi just to be safe as well.

If you really wanted to build your own kit there is a WEALTH of information available on installing it. Its really not difficult at all. Hell, you could probably buy someones complete kit thats being sold for less then you will spend on the greddy or drag kit. If you simply must get a prebuilt kit, then i would suggest the PeakBoost kit. It is in my opinion the BEST kit you can buy and offers everything you need to get boosted.
here is a link to the peak boost kit so you can see just how impressive it is

NICE KIT!
but...i need AC. its still my daily driver. i think i would feel safer buying a complete kit to avoid any mishaps of missing or damaged used parts...

The Greddy kit is a nice kit if you want some modest gains. It will directly bolt on and is relatively complete compared to other kits.

If you want more power out of it, there is always tons of things you can do to increase it without increasing the boost. Upgrading cams, upgrading the downpipe, etc will all get the most out of the kit.

I'd go Greddy over the Drag kit. Drag may have nice components, but their kit is crap.
