General Q about springs/spring rates.
alright everybody, I want to lower my car 2 inches. I want to buy a spring that inproves the handling of my car. I also plan on getting Koni Yellows.
If some could explain spring rates to me really quick, and perhaps recomment a few springs that would work nicely for a daily driver that might enter an occasional autocross.
Also, I will have a swap one of these days, so accounting for the added weight of a B-series motor would be awesome as well.

spring rates are how stiff or soft your springs are.
i believe h&r sports (which im gettin this weekend) are 25-30% stiffer than stock.

o yea, springs are designed for a certain engine, mostly factoring in weight.
i didnt get tein s-tech springs cuz i talked to their tech guys and they said it was designed for b16 equipped ek's
