low idle?

Default low idle?

my car idles at like, 500 rpms....that seems to be a problem to me but i could be wrong....it could also be because i dont currently have a muffler...

is it always like that?

Have you unhooked the battery recently?

your gauge might just be off slightly as they are known to be inaccurate

i can barely hear it idling sometimes....without a muffler even...and i changed my battery a while ago...i dont think it started after that tho

unhook your battery, leave it unhooked for a while.. hook it back up and restart the car.

Let it idle for 10 minutes.

If the idle is still low get back to us

Idle between 500-900 is normal.

I wouldn't worry about it unless the car runs bad. It's normal to be that low.
