I've just got a 95 Civic EX Coupe few weeks ago and the car has this kind of weird rear mirror. The area in the red circle is clear but the rest is blurry. Is this normal for that kind of car? Otherwise, is there any way to make it clear like a normal mirror?

mirror, or glass?

Could be residue from tint removal. Is the rest of the glass sticky?

btw i've just found out it is tinted. mann..i'm totally noob. i'll check the forum on tint removal. thanks randomtask77
