Default Low idle after exhaust install

I recently put a ApexI World Sport on and it seems the car idles really low, almost stalling out. This in turn is causing the exhaust to rattle terribly at the muffler. I have a 94 Coupe with the d15b7.

Huh? Never heard of that before. Why? I've reset the ecu and timing and it's still low. I've even followed my Helm manual and turned the idle screw.

Did the idle adjuster thing. It raised it until I turned the car off and started it the next day. I really don't want to buy a battery. Why does the battery affect the idle after the exhaust install?

Oh? I seriously thought it could be the battery. Maybe I'll just crank the **** out of that screw until it idles right. Is that the only thing it could be?
