Default custom turbo the sohc

as some of you may know, i recently totalled a turbo chrysler new yorker. i have been told by a few people that i should use the turbo off the chrysler.

now my question is this... say i do decide to take the turbo from the chrysler and custom fit it to my civic. what would i need? what kind of power gains could i expect? what boost levels would that small ass turbo produce? i'm sure the gains won't be extreme, but since i have the turbo already, maybe i can gain 50 or so horse for a few hundred dollars and have a nasty bov too

someone help me make this reality.

what do i need to remove from chrysler and what do i need to buy to make it fit and work with the civic? my main 2 questions there.

hopefully if this works, it'll hold me over until i get my swap + real turbo kit.

'Chrysler' turbo in a Civic. Is that moral? I don't know too much about building a custom turbo with your own parts, but I'm sure you can make it work?

thanks for the links and comments. i've already started reading a lot on homemadeturbo.com and for less than $200 they made a civic run high 14's. thats pretty damn good and it's all i'm really looking for.

i want to try and use as much from the junk yard as possible. it'll stay cheap and i won't woory as much about buying new parts online and not knowing if they fit.

i'll keep everyone updated when i can get a group of friends who will help me and we begin work on this project. but more help from you guys is still very good.
