Default car wont start

arright, so i just put a b16 in my 2000 ex and changed the trans from auto to manual. I finished about a month ago and drove it around for a couple weeks. Now i put the key in the ignition and turn it over, but nothing happens, and when i go to take the key out it wont let me unless i disconnect the battery. hmmm.... so i checked the wires on the start made sure they were all connected yadda yadda.. and stilll nothin.. anybody have any ideas??

Nothing at all? Like absolutely nothing happens? This happend to me before on two seperate occasions. Jafro told me to clean my batter terminals with sand paper and now the car starts really strong. I'd give it a shot. Sometimes the most simplest things are the answer.

fuses first.. u just have to check 'em .. second, i kno u probly barried it due to u'r auto to manual conversion.. but u'r neutral safty switch that you probly covered & forgot about may have come undone.. be sure that it's looped so that the car doesn't think it's in neutral for any reason. hih
