I just put an ACT heavy duty clutch and pressure plate, along with an ACT streetlight flywheel in mine. Daily driver (96 EX). There's quite a bit more grab than the stock clutch, but I'm really happy with it. No other real mods to the car.

I got an exedy stage 1 for my daily. The pedal is a lot stiffer that's about it.

I would not go above a Stg 1, unless you know you will be having some major mods done, to where you would need such a heavy clamp-load. If you know you will be getting major work done, within a year, I would either stick it out w/ the stock clutch, or use a stg 1 and then change later to a stg 2, cause you will not like/enjoy the stiffness of the pedal.
