Well, if you read my almost dieing thread you'll see that my rear right quarter/bumper hit my friends left rear door, my bumper is unpainted because I didn't feel like matching the bumper, just to have the car painted later this year. It's an OEM plastic bumper from Honda, not some fiberglass body kit thing. And it has not gouges, but like smears on it from me hitting him. Can they be buffed out? I got the bumper in like July, it costed like 213$.
