The all new Civic!

the powertrain in the new si is awesome, suspension should be good. 11.8 discs are nice. It really is a nice car. The seats are badass, gauge cluster is new and different but I like it but I have one complaint....
2877lbs!!
Thats just too heavy. Lightness is what makes a car fun for me. Thats heavier than a fully loaded teg. I bet stripped down they would be funner than shit.
personally... I hope they bring out the fit, and then just throw the k20/lsd powertrain there and you have 2200lbs and the same fun with a better chassis design (fit has gas tank in the middle of the car for balance and the new 3d unitbody designing, much stiffer)

The civic has been going up in price for the last 2 decades, and honda was supposed to be bringing the fit to replace the civic as hondas "economy car". The civic won't be their lowest model anymore. This is all just speculation but there was a lot of talk about the fit coming in the next few years.
Mugen already has a kit to put he k20a into the fit, but the stock motor will be the 1.5l or the 1.3l L series sohc ivtec motor.
