grinding noise.. gears tough

after driving a little today i had to put increasingly more force into shifting gears and when i would slow down an let off the gas the tranny would wind down but it sounds like it was grinding, help??

that sounds like either a fluid leak (no clutch pressure) clutch master cylinder, or clutch all together. i dunno man, gotta be more specific..
