i have a thing against all rotors with any type of design in them unless you are gonna change rotors after every race, but your not driving a formula car, so you dont need them, go with the blanks, talk to civicsiracer, hes very intelligent on this subject, mostly because he has experienced alot of different combos.

For daily driving all you need are Brembo blanks and AEM pads. Anything else is just a waste of money if you aren't doing motorsports. AEM pads don't dust as much and I won 3 years in a row in my local region's autocross series on them. And actually I use them on my 1991 Civic Si which is my race car and have won Northeast divisionals and PA States the past 2 weekends with AEM pads.
You could get some Rotora brake rotors, they have painted hats that stop the hats from rusting which has always been a pet peeve of mine. If you paint the hats yourself they don't last as long.
Hawk HPS and HP+s are not nice on your rotors. I have Axxis Ultimates (from my sponsor Rotora) and they work very well, but dust alot.
