Default NE1 know of replaceable upper ball joint?

Just stock is fine. I have about 6 upper arms with bad ball joints and I see that they are held in the same as lowers. I don't need adjustable and I don't really want to pay $110 per side just to fix the joint.

BMA's were only $55 each but only lasted a year (45,000 miles), now I'm back to 190,000 used ones I had.

From my understanding, the upper control arm ball joints are not replacable. You have to replace the entire upper control arm to replace the joint. I went with the Omnipower adjustable upper control arm because I can now replace the ball joints for something like $15/ea and the pair of arms was less than the pair of OEM replacements.

Thanks
