how many of you have 4 wheel disc brakes on your 5th gen coupes? i do on my 95 civic ex coupe. I think it was a factory option, but many people around here are surprised that i have 4wheel.

in 95 all ex/si's came with 4 wheel disk brakes. I have a 94 ex that didnt.

yes i have ABS. just wonering because this guy didn't believe me when i told him they were from the factory. He said the previous owner probably took them from a crx or soemthing. dumbass

 

do u have a coupe or sedan? it came from factory like that they used them to have abs im guessin...got pics? they are probably the same size as the rears on my si.

 

Wrong, it was an option. Commonly reffered to as Civic EXa.
I believe all 5th gen SI's came with rear disc, but I'm not sure if they also all came with ABS.

4 wheel disk was standard on:

all but the earliest Si's
and those civics that had the optional ABS

ABS:
All but the earliest Si's, and 95 Si's, the units were put into the Integra.
Civic EXa, the EX with the optional ABS
