alright well i made the leak tester and...i found one, a BIG one lol. To my surpise it wasnt the radiator hose connection, that actualy seems to be sealed pretty good, ill find out for sure once the other leak i just sealed drys. anyways the leak was actualy the weld around the bov flange, seemed to have had a few holes. So i sealed it up and will be testing again tommorow.
here are my tools for the job lol, oh yea your right up JAFRO (oops) that mentioned those trucker valve stems was a god send lol MUCH easier to deal with.

remove the charge pipe off the turbo and rev the motor a lil bit. if the turbo starts pushing more air then go from there. follow all connections. make sure everything is tight. look ove you intercooler for cracks etc. check ur bov and make sure it is functioning properly. it almost sounds like ur bov isnt closing properly. where do u have ur vac lines hooked up?

after about 30 mins i was checking over his work, we pulled the charge line off and was being pushed out of the turbo, so i contined to look and then i noticed that he had the wastegate stuck open. I closed it, its still not making boost but i think the wastegate is still a open. So he is gonna to check that out and then he will check for leaks else where. And to think he was gonna to sell this kit :slap:

wastegate is tightend up now....ok but it still isnt building boost. I do another leak test and now it builds up more pressure, enough that the air leaks out of leaks longer. I found 2 big leaks around the bov flange and sealed them up, but if that doesnt work (and most likly it wont) would you be able to make a trip and help me figure this out Jafro? or if its easier i could come to you, i just need someone around whos dealt with turbos before.
