Default Modded 2000 Civic EX...how fast?

My good friend recently bought a nice array of mods for his 2000 5 speed EX...including AEM v2, Greddy EVO2, DC 4-1 header, Random Tech Hi Flow Cat, an DC short shifter adapter.

Any idea what this car is capable of 1/4 mile wise?

Or what kinds of gains should he see from the above mods?

Thanks guys

I'm gonna guesstimate and say ~ mid 15's.

Hp gains im gonna again guess and say ~ 10-15 bhp being generous.

Bolt on's do not do much. Basically just 7hp if that much. The AEM V2 is over priced.

mine is quicker than stock w/ bolt ons. dyno proven 129.7 hp, 112 lb-ft of torque. Intake, header, exhaust, hi-flow cat, plug wires, throttle body. and some kind of valve springs. it's a '94 d15. turbo is my next step, how far you think that'll put the hp?

I'd say a decent turbo should get you to around 200 HP, with a daily driven set up. You could probably get more, but I'm not sure it would be wise without upgraded internals.

The modded EX probably isn't very fast at all. I believe it's factory rated at around 120 HP, which just wont do very much for a car that weighs well over 2,000 lbs. I guess it depends on your own definition of fast though. :driving:
