Default Kinda embarassing question.

Eh. Ok. You know on the canister hooked up to the fire wall with the two hoses going in, and the cap on top that says PCV with the tiny hose coming out? Where does that hose go? My friend attached it (I think) and now it's unattached and chilling in the clap thingy on the intake hose. I have no clue where it goes. This is on a b16a by the way. God I feel so dumb. I can put an engine in, but I can't figure out where the hose goes.

It attaches to a nipple underneath the intake manifold.

It is a bitch to reconnect if the bracket holding the manifold to the block is still there. Regardless, get a new hose and reconnect it.

Can I just use a miscellanious hose of the same gauge? Or is it specific?

Any autoparts store should sell a PCV specific hose. Any thick rubber hose of the same ID should work.

It's like RIGHT under the intake manifold?

I don't know which of the 2 hoses you are asking about but one of the hoses go hooked up to #1 and the other to #2. On #2 there is suppost to be a nipple sticking out.

See if this attachment will help you out. It's for most OBD1 set-up.

Ok, if you look at the pdf attachement, one of the lines says to evap purge selenoid valve. That's the one that's not hooked up.

ok...then just plug up your vaccum leak from the back of the manifold and funk that canister...its for emmisions anyway.

I had to re-corret my post. So I don't know if my case is any different.

Re-correction: Ok, if you look at the pdf attachement, one of the lines says to evap purge selenoid valve. That's the one that's not hooked up.
