I am curious, My buddy just bought a 91 hatch and i think it came with a d15 what all do you have done to yours? He wants to just build that motor because it would be different than every other swap around. And faster.

I have done a few things.
Crank lighten entire polish .
HP Berrings
polished rods
strengthened rod bolts
30 (max is 70 btw on them) polished pistons with gapless toprings
polished head domes and intake
new exhaust alloy valves (these motors got a thing with burning holes in old ex valves
Cam condition, the 421 exhaust
cold air intake directly on the plastic TBI cover
took out the metal mixing flap (straight metal thing) and the vacuum controled mixture flap (the top one).
AEM cam gear +2 with +6 timing
Champion plugs (Out perform on my setup all ngks and bosh)
in tank and inline fuel pumps.
and a few other things.
I like to build what came in it, its a power trip.

I am still thinking of retrofitting the lebaron 2.2 turbo to my CRX manifold.
