I don't see why not. Does your wheel have the cruise control buttons on it? Probably the only thing I'd be concerned with about swapping wheels.

You would need to change your steering column to one from a dc integra. OR, just buy a ctr steering wheel, which is identical to the one posted and will fit.

Just buy one out of a CTR. Expect to pay ~$550.
