Default Freekin Traffic Island!!!

I lost a side skirt yesterday at the bank. I ran over the traffic island on my way out. It cracket my right side skirt off (fiberglass) It barely fit inside the car. Now it's sitting in the garage. How do i get this back on? What kind of glue will hold this and not look like i used a glue gun to put my car together....

Rocker panels are held on by plastic clips and I believe 4 screws (atleat on the EK).

3M Double Sided tape along the edge, screws on the ends, and clips on the bottom ought to do it.
