Default Custom Exhaust Questions

Just wondering i want to build a custom exhaust with a apexi n1 muffler what else do i need is the 3 inch pipeing a good size?

Unless you're running a turbo, 3 inches is too big. Wow, that was my first post in a long ass time.

without knowing what you have at all i would say a 2 1/4 pipe.

My bad a 96 ex stock as all hell 2dr coupe with a aem short ram

2.25" no bigger. will the pipes be mandrel bent?

If the pipes are crush bent, I would go with 2.5" since the bends will be noticably thinner.

are resonators a big need? actual greddy evo muffler with the 2.5 crush bet piping. will it be to loud? and will i lose some low end power?

Resonators don't really effect your power noticeably. Unless you want to get friendly with local law enforcement I'd keep it on.
