I've had one for about 6 years now on my '98 EX. It's held up well. I had some problems with the B-pipe cracking but they changed the design and the location of the welds and the new one has held up fine (they replaced it free of charge, comes with a 2 year warrenty). I called the number on their site and they really stood behind their product, which says a lot to me.

Noise wise, it sounds good, deep and clean tone, but it's a straight through muffler so it's loud (think Tanabe Racing Medalion or Apexi N1). I had them convert mine to a steath system (basically a welded in silencer) and it's better but you still have to speak up to have a conversation at highway speeds. Without their stealth/silencer system it was loud enough to be annoying at highway speeds, fun when your alone or playing on the back roads but you wish it had a volume knob when your driving your girlfriend around.

Powerwise, it sounds louder so you'll probably "feel" like it's faster, but it's a non-turbo 4 cylinder with a decent sized exhaust from the factory so your not going to get much. Installation was straight forward and it included all the gaskets nessicary and the fit and finish, quality of materials and welds were all top notch. Basically, it's a high quality system that sounds great, nice and loud and a little cheaper than the big names (Tanabe RM and Apexi N1). I would recommend the system to anyone but be aware that it's not a quiet system.
