with a gsr swap in it, the dude said it Needs a speed sensor and an idle air control valve, how much would that run me if i were to buy both of those?
Also What does the car do when it needs these parts? Just doing a little homework before i jump into anything! Thanks!

Well without a speedo sensor your car will not engage VTEC. And the idel air control will just have your RPM hopping up and down at idel.

Does it have ABS? If so, is the speed sensor (that needs to be replaced) part of the abs system? If it is, you will get an ABS light, and the ABS system won't work.

Currently my right rear speed sensor is faulty. The part is $100.61 from www.cheapesthondaparts.com.

If it is just regular vehical speed sensor, it goes for 72.83 from the same website.

If the speed sensor conected to the ABS system is faulty, it will leave an ABS light. If it is the vehical speed sensor, it will not leave an ABS light.

yo speed sensor, to clairfy and not be el goofo, you will have to buy one for the transmission and change the end to match your harness. if it has an extra wire, you need to run it to the proper pin array.
