those def look sweet and i know im getting oem quality. problem is as soon as i get them im heating those housings to do a projector retrofit so ill have to makes sure i seal them up real good, otherwise they will leak like a $100 set from ebay.

If your going to open them up for a retro, just remove the orange while your there. (it all does come out) I did this on my friends 98 lights before we painted them black. No need to even buy new lights.

well the real reason im replacing them is because the beam angle adjusting screws are all effed up from when i got in an accident a long time ago. the guy who replaced my bumper and hood adjusted the lights with too small of a screwdriver and stripped them to the point that they are almost impossible to turn. also they are yellowing badly, finaly there is one new and one old so one light beam is a bit brighter than the other (housing is less pitted and yellow) so yeah, i just decided since they have to be taken out to do the retro fit, i might as well get new ones in the process.
