Electric Supercharger
#21
The guys at www.homemadeturbo.com did a test on these "electric" superchargers and it looks like they actually lost HP because of the restricted airflow.

Do you even speak English?
I can't figure out for the life of me what that means.

he means that when the engine is sucking in air faster than the stupid electric supercharger can push it. it causes the fan blades on the thing to spin faster than they were designed to, causing them to snap off at high pressure. you would need to bypass once you get past low rpm's so that wouldnt happen.

First of all the Venom 400 is an electronic module that fools the ECU into dumping more fuel. (It's not larger injectors).
2: The tornado is absolute crap. I wasted $75 on one 10 yrs ago when I was 16 and dumb. Didn't do jack. I checked my gas mileage, no improvement. I wanted to kill the little old lady in thier infomercial who said her 3 cyl. Geo had power after installing it.
3. Don't buy an electronic supercharger it's garbage.

wilsel. on my d15b1. the nado does well, because i took the top plate out of the TB and the air beam inside the top casing, there is no mixture control, the nado definately did me well in my scenario.
