Car Smokes AGAIN! :MadAsHell:

you would be surprised at how much can flow in a smaller line. i went to school for mechanical engineering for 3 semesters and in my physics class we tested water dymanics an flow testing with h2o. low pressure on a skinny line can move alot of fluid. its the same concept as a flowing river:
__ __ is the same as __ __
\ / \__________/
\____/
they can carry the same ammount of volume but the one on the left will flow faster becuse its a tighter channel. just somthing to think about. hope its a flow issue man, smoking turbo's 2 in a row dosnt sound like fun if its your wallet.

ok, the one on the left will flow the same volume as the one on the right but the difference is pressure. very fast flowing on the left and slower moving on the right. think of the mississippi river and the river that carved the Grand Canyon. lph i bet they were the same but look at the energy behind what carved the grand canyon. just my two cents. hope it is a flow issue man.

I checked my feed & return for any type of flow blockage & there is no problem there. I brought the car to a buddy of mine that will be making me a new downpipe this morning due to the fact that the old one isn't lining up with the flange on the exhaust side of the turbo & it has a nasty exhaust leak.. we'll see what happens after that. I'm going to call turbonetics again this morning.

yeah, keep calling them and keep bugging them, my friend had the same thing happen to him and he sent his back and is waiting for a return model. They will take them back, just gotta bug them a bit maybe.

ok, i was givin some stuff to check by one of the Turbonetics tech's.
Min. Oil pressure 15-20psi
Max Oil pressure 80psi
Feed Line -3 or -4
Return Line Min. 5/8th
I'm also supposed to check the location of my return inlet on the oil pan, because if it's to low.. then it could cause oil back up, due to the fact that it is a gravity based return system.
* I have lookeck at the location of my oil return on my pan & it looks to be above the oil level area.. meaning that this should no be the cause of my problem.
I guess my next step will be to get ahold of my much needed Oil Pressure Sending unit for the Electronic Gauge that i already have installed in my vehicle.
I'm not sure how to check the size of my feed line.. so if anyone happens to know, please tell me how to check this.
All help is appreciated. Thanks
Tony

im on a role for a spare here, but perhaps you are just washing your rings? I dont know much in this area as i havent had the honor of turboing my stick yet but I could see a base or advanced forcing fuel past rings over time causing a negitive effect.
Does your oil level change? smell the stick is it gassy? When you rev it does it puke out the dip hole with the stick out? do you have a stock pcv setup? Im shooting in the dark here..
