Default Are Eibach springs the most comfortable springs?

Are these the most comfortable with the mildest drop from all the springs? Are they progressive or linear springs? Do you know what their spring rates are? Thanks.

H&R OE Sports only have a 0.75" drop and are less stiff than the Eibach Pro kit. (H&R sports are about the same as the pro kit)

I'm about to pick up some H&R Sportlines. I'm looking for a 1.75" drop up front and 1.5" in the rear to level out the car. I'll be daily driving it 60 miles/day. hnoes:

BTW, the most comfortable springs are the STOCK springs.

Yes they are. When looking at buying springs, look at the spring rate. Lower spring rates will be more comfortable but you will encounter a lot of body roll in the corners.

Because most kids buying them are only concerned with how much they lower the car.

Vendors SHOULD be listing the spring rate, but they don't want to. I called H&R and they refused to quote me a number, instead saying "oh it's about 20% stiffer than stock". Part of the reason is legit: the vast majority of springs are progressive springs, so you CAN'T quote a single spring rate (because it would be accurate only at one point of the compression). You would have to show a compression chart. And NO ONE is willing to do that.

Spring to damper matching is absolutely vital. Unless you buy BOTH spring and damper as a kit from the vendor, buy infinitely adjustable dampers (like Koni's), or go with a company that revalves the damper to the spring in a coil over kit (like Ground Control); then you're probably gonna have a mismatched suspension.

BTW, comfort is a tradeoff to performance.
