Default Is this a good deal???????? Input needed

I am going to get a sound system, and I'm on a budget of about 400 hundred dollars. I've seen some items on the net and was wondering should i get this or what?

get a good head unit (pioneer, kenwood) for about 150, Dual 12" quad bandpass $120, and a dual amp for about 50. This is what I have and it is great. This box does more on 340watts than I've seen some do on 1k.
