Default Axle and LCA bolts being unpersuasive.

I've been tryin to impact the hell out of these, but they just wont budge. What can I do?

PB blaster, any kind of penetrating fluid would help if you spray them a day before.

the LCA bolts are always a pain to get off, you just have to keep at it until they budge. Be careful not to snap the bolt or it will be even harder. Try using a braker bar on the axle.

WEll. I got one LCA bolt off. The biggest pain in theass is the big ol' 32mm. I sprayed the crap out of em with wd-40. I'll let it sit over night and get crackin again tomorrow.

try getting some PB blaster works much better than wd-40

LCA's are in the rear, I didn't have any problem with mine. The axle nut is a bitch though.

i ended up buying some SRR rear LCAs for my teg after i installed my suspension because i butchered the bushings in the stock LCAs trying to get those damn bolts out.

For the LCA bolt, get a 17mm box end wrench and put it on the bolt's head. Honk on the 17mm nut on the other side with the impact and it should come right off.

Someone told me to take a butane torch on the bolt to heat it up. Then put a socket wrench on it (before it cools) and tap it with a mallet. The thermal expansion breaks the rust seals.
