Did you have the D15B7 and was it vtec or nonvtec? Thanks.

that site claims the d15b to be vtec which is true. You have a d15b7, they are not the same motors, and you do not have vtec.

as for ecu's joepannone is right you need a p28 ecu from any 92-95 si/ex civic. if you use your old ecu, you're not going to be engaging vtec. so get that p28 ecu, they're everywhere.

lastly, you're going to have to run a couple of wires from the ecu to the clips. one for vtec solenoid, vtec oil pressure sensor and also knock sensor maybe? search for more info on this, im not sure about wiring, never done it before.

the swap is drop in, the wiring is plug and play. But you have to add two wires from the engine to the ECU (VTEC solinoid and VTEC Pressure) If you have the EX harness you only have to run the wires from the ECU to the shock towers.
This swap has been done many many times and is quite possible the easiest swap that you can do.

BTW pick up a P28 it plug it right into your stock plugs. Your stock P06 can be converted to run VTEC but it's not something I'd recommend to anyone that isn't really good with electronics and working with circuit boards.

d15b7's also don't have EGR valves BTW. Hope this helps.
