Default how would i go about doing this *pics*

i wanna do the diy ctr for my 99's but i dont wanna paint this part


i want them to look like this,


i know it's possible cause this guy did it ^

i just dont want em to look like this,



how would i do this? tape? i picture being kind of difficult covering that area with tape.

just looking for some feedback.

that guy has a SIR, i think his lights came like that fromt he factory.

You tape it up with masking tape.

I should have relized that before I painted mine I wish I would have not painted that spot. To me it looks bad and I do not like them anymore and there is no way to go back, I am just going to have to buy new headlights.

:eh: You could use alcohol to remove the paint and then just spray that section with a 'chrome' paint. :dunno:

They didn't make SiR's in 4 door did they?
