my dad is a transmission rebuilder/specialist and when i see him work, im totally lost. Believe me, leave it to a certified rebuilder to work on your tranny, too many little parts and everything has to be jus right.

I recently had a quaife ATB installed in my Y21 tranny, I went out and bought the Honda service manual for the install, after looking at the diagrams I decided to have it done by someone with experience. You will need to be handy with dial guages and have access to pneumatic tools and at least a 200lb. press, You might want to go to your local Honda dealer and buy a variety of shims used to ensure that everything is withing factory specs...unless you have a helms manual, I wouldnt even think about turning a bolt.
