alternator or chip or bad ground?
Heres a wierd thing thats going on with me.
Im at idle of around 500 then when I do any of the follow things in any order which are pull the window switch to go up or do, turn the wheel, press the break, turn on any light on, etc etc... the rpm goes down to like 200 then raises back to around 500 being my normal idle. Could this at all be my alternator or the Chip? Could it be a bad ground?

Well it should go down and then up. I'm not sure how low it should go (depending on what you do). Brakes and headlights use power, and the voltage would drop so the alternator would put extra strain on the engine to keep up. Turning the wheel should also, on account of the power steering pump. Just ignore it.

It does it when I do any of these things. It can be all at once or just 1 at a time. It doesnt do it when I turn on the radio or headlamp which barley strain anything but, when I use stuff like the power windows and sort like that.
Would a beefier Alternator help out this problem or is the engine just weak as it is? Ive been in alot of other cars and ive never experienced this low amount of power. Seems kind of cheap for a car at idle to dip to nearly a stall when you raise and lower a window useing the little motor powering it.
I have a 200amp hooked to my radio that when I turn it on and play it loud with my 12 inch bass speaker it doesnt dip the idle speed.

first off, 500 idle is too low. Pretty much every civic should idle in the area of 700-850. There could be your problem. But keep in mind half way between 0 and 1k on your tach is NOT 500, it's actually closer to 750.
It honestly sounds like normal loads on the engine to me, all though dropping that low is not normal. It may be the battery showing signs of being weak-ish.
BTW a 200watt amp is nothing compared to the power pulled by your power windows. Yes 10 amps times 12volts is only 120watts, but constant power vs music power is very VERY different.

actually a stronger alternator may make it worse. The problem is the load on the engine.
It is possible that your alternator could be dieing and requires stepping up to a stronger load to produce the required power.
