Default Good price for good parts?

Im going to be makeing more money soon, and I started a list of things to replace on my motor befor I boost it. (next year), so heres what I got:

Cap with External coil post (Brass)
(made my own cap for Blaster II external coil conversion, and I heard the H22 and 23 caps will fit my D16Z6 and have an external coil post is that true? If so ill just get one of the Brass OEM ones)
Iridium (one range colder) Spark plugs
Replace Fuel Filter
Replace Water Pump, and timing belt (at pro street.com I found a timing belt kit that comes with a water pump and belt tensioner for 150 is that a good deal?)
Gaskets, pistons(Wiseco D16Z6: 75.5mm - $459.00 8.8:1 compression) good deal? rods, valves, springs and other misc things for Rebuild...
Higher voltage Alternator
Replace Clutch (going to do this the same time I install the boost) so not for a while, my clutch has plenty of life left till then..
Skunk 2-Intake Manifold
AEM-Cold Air Intake - I will sell this when I Boost....Just want somthing better for now...
MSD -6 Ignition Control
Flex-a-lite oil cooler (install when I boost)
Eibach Sportline Springs and I am still not sure on what shocks I should get "Eibach, Koni, Tokico, KYB, or Bilestin? Any ideas would help... I was thinking Eibach, since the springs are the same...
Whats a good brand of Front and Rear Sway Bar? My rear bar I got from ebay is dead... (25.00 what did I expect..) I was thinking of just going with all Eibach suspension, the front and rear sway bars (26mm front and 17mm rear) is only around 340 is that a good deal?

So this is what I plan on buying within the next 9 months... Tell me if some of the prices I mentioned are decent or if you know of a cheaper place to get the stuff. Also, tell me if I am forgeting anything?

How will that save me money, a D16Z6 around here is over 1300.00 and any B series is from 400-3000, B20 (cheapest high mileage motor 400) B16-1700, B-18-1800 and up.... I would love to do a swap But I dont have all that cash at hand to go buy a motor, plus its a daily driver so anything I do to it has to take 2 days max. So a rebuild and turbo is my only option...

Also, all of that is not motor stuff, I am upgrading my suspension also...
