Throttle problems, please help

Fuel Filter instructions...
-Open the gas cap to relieve fuel pressure
-Take 2 pairs of locking pliars, lock down on each of the hoses about 1'' or 2'' behind the metal tube where the rubber one attaches to.
-Unbolt the banjo bolt which is the first bolt on the left. Make sure not to drop any of the small pieces.
-Unbolt the service bolt which is the other one, and it has the funny shapped top part.
-Unbolt the band that holds the fuel filter from the bracket.
-Pull out filter and replace and install.
-Reattach the connections using brand new washers. Tighten the banjo bolt to 16 ft-lbs and the service bolt to 11 ft-lbs.
-Put the gas cap back on, turn the key to ACCII so that the fuel pump turns on, go check the fuel filter and make sure no gas is leaking out. If you don't see anything you are ok and done. If you see gas come out go back and make sure you properly tightened those connections.

make sure you put on new brass washers, the old gay ones will leak like a silve if you leave em alone.
i pull that pcv valve every oil change usually. it harvests old gas to reburn, and if it isnt it just dumps it i think, and it starves for fuel. it thereby effects performance and mileage.
simple things like this are detailed in your chitlons, but like everyone, you should really have a helms. (me too )

Easiest thing to check are the spark plugs. I had acceleration problems and turned out to be those.
