There is no advantage to me stating that their are better rotors then brembo's since i sell brembo's, and many other rotors. I thought i was helping you guys out by giving you my input on the product. not that you need my help. Just though some people would appreciate it.

sorry if i gave the worng first impression I came to this forums because many of my friends told me that there are many mechanically inclined people in this forum. Hardcore car enthausiasts. They were right!
the reasons i spend a lot of time on forums are.
Reason # 1 is to get peoples input, on many things related to cars
Reason #2 is to help individuals realize their projects, through my experienced advice. An in the forums where i am a shop rep, i hook people up with good deals on the parts.
I also enjoy a good automotive argument

what experience do you have? Do you attend and participate in SCCA or NASA events? Do you participate in NHRA or other drag events. Or are you just selling parts for street use?
It seems like you come in with a loaded question....and change the subject while advertising some brand names you sell at your shop. There are enthusiasts on this site. We have avid autocrossers and HPDE participants with great knowledge and experience on the track and product knowledge.

currently, my main focus is on the development of street vehicules. I do sponsor 2 cars in the montreal area, where i am located that take part in track and drag events.
anyway, enough about me. Back to the main question of this thread0
"what brand rotors and pads you guy have installed. And why did you choose those specific ones"
I personally have OE Replacment chinese rotors that i cross drilled myself. With ABSCO permiums.

i wouldnt trust drilling rotors yourself. unless you are just looking for aesthetic gains.... i wouldnt take those rotors to any road course events.

while i was getting my mechanical engineering degree i used to work as a machinist. I have a shit load of experience in machining metal . Ive put about 13 000 km on those rotors and they are still in perfect condition. And i trust them as much as i would brembo's or KVR... I dont track that car, its for street use, however i will take it to the drags once in a while. Sure if i was hardcore into competition, i would invest more on my rotors, but for the use of my car, investing more on brembo's ,KVR or SNYPERS would be a waste for me.

While I was getting my Computer Science degree I was running brembo x-drilled/slotted rotors up front and didn't notice much of a gain on a stock setup. But, while I was getting my Information Technology degree, I upgraded the the GSR setup including Earl's SS lines, GSR MC, and 90-93 teg (nonABS) prop valve. I'm quite happy with the way it brakes now. h:

yes...but you should know that if you are not hardcore into competition, your brakes dont heat up or take as much beating on normal street driving that do not require cross drilled rotors.
